02. Sourcing
With no time to waste, we swiftly engage our network of trusted vendors, curate furnishings, and create concept boards for each room.
03. Presentation
Within 2 weeks, we’ll present you with a design concept, layout, mood boards, and any finish samples for approval.
04. Procurement
Once we have your approval, we’ll initiate the procurement process. This involves ordering all agreed-upon furnishings, meticulously inspecting them, and coordinating delivery and installation. Note: This phase typically takes 4-6 weeks.
05. Photography Ready
Once we’ve worked our design magic, your property will be primed for the lens, ready to capture its newfound allure.
