Laura Bonucchi
founder & principal designer
As the driving force behind Cavé Studio, Laura infuses her designs with a blend of innovative artistry that harmoniously balances right-brained creativity and left-brained logic. With a degree in Interior Architecture from Michigan State University, it’s clear that she’s not just about aesthetics. Laura holds both NCIDQ certification and LEED AP ID+C accreditation, emphasizing her dedication to crafting holistic spaces.
Laura’s design journey took a transformative turn while learning from Italian architects in Trento, Italy. Naturally, European elegance and Italian architecture imprinted itself on her approach. Following this enriching experience and further refining her skills while working with architecture and design-build firms, Laura founded Cavé Studio in 2015.
Now, directing her own design firm, she has the freedom to craft spaces that artfully blend opulence with restraint, cultivating her signature “glaminimal™” aesthetic. Laura’s artistic spirit extends beyond design. She enjoys various creative pursuits, from jewelry making to teaching yoga.
When she’s not immersed in creativity, you can find Laura spending quality time with family and friends or seeking out the next adventure. Whether it’s hiking a mountain, paddleboarding, or traveling off-grid, Laura’s cultured spirit finds inspiration wherever she goes.

Jessica Hatcher
Design & Marketing assistant
Jessica plays a pivotal role at Cavè Studio, wearing multiple hats to ensure all projects run seamlessly. She lends her keen eye to our design projects, handles product sourcing, and prepares client presentations. Simultaneously, Jessica is a driving force behind our marketing initiatives.
After graduating from the prestigious Manchester School of Art with a BA in Interior Design in 2015, she ventured into the design landscape of London. There, she collaborated with some of the industry’s finest agencies including renowned luxury brands like Aston Martin and Rolls-Royce.
Outside of work, Jessica finds inspiration in fashion, gardening, architecture, and travel. Her diverse interests mirror her ability to infuse creativity and innovation into our designs.
Rachel Moreno
Design assistant
An invaluable part of the Cavè team, Rachel contributes her talents to Interior Design projects in various capacities. From meticulously sourcing materials to crafting mood boards that inspire, Rachel’s role extends to final installations, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.
With a BA in Interior design, Rachel’s experience spans collaborations with Architecture Firms and Interior Design studios. Rachel handles our 3D renderings, translating concepts into immersive visual representations.
Beyond design, Rachel is an adventurer at heart. She finds inspiration through travel and architectural wonders, enriching her design sensibilities with the diversity of the world.
