Situated in Aliquippa, PA, lies the USG Corporation's Gypsum Manufacturing Plant and Office Space, a bustling facility supporting over 200 plant workers and 10 full-time HR employees. Tasked with a complete renovation of the 10,000 SF workspace, we collaborated with a project architect and a recommended contracting company to revitalize their office, originally constructed around 2001.

The project involved a comprehensive facelift and remodel, with a primary design feature showcasing USG's specialty ceiling applications in key areas. The office caters to the needs of the 200+ plant workers, complete with locker rooms, a training room, and private offices dedicated to HR operations.

From procuring HON commercial-grade furniture to crafting new flooring designs, window treatments, customized paint plans, and built-in casework, we left no stone unturned in this transformative journey. Each space was thoughtfully crafted, with the Conference Room standing out as a testament to their quality ceilings, combined with an exquisite blend of colors, textures, and fixtures, this space clearly defines the company’s aesthetic.

Custom branded artwork is displayed throughout the office, reflecting the company's rich history. And the locker rooms? We installed oversized concrete-look tiles and wood partitions to transform this area into a masculine spa-like retreat. Once a utilitarian space, the locker room is now a serene escape for hardworking ment o store their work boots and hang up their hard hats.
